Be a guest speaker on one of our educational events
Do you have crypto, tax, or business experience you would like to share?
Would you like an opportunity to leave a good impression and make other crypto users aware of your product or services?
Connect with us and we’ll talk about having you as a guest speaker; there are several options:
- AMA – You would give a 5-10 minute talk and then we would open it up to questions. We would moderate on your behalf.
- Panels – You would be one of three panelists. Each of you would give a 5 minute talk, and then we would open it up for people to ask questions, addressing either or all of you. We would moderate.
- Webinar – You would co-speak with one of our team leaders, providing education and insight on a predetermined topic.
Guidelines
- We want you to gain exposure for your products or services, however, our educational events are designed to be no-pressure, not salesy. The message we send to our clients and other attendees is that they can safely attend any of our educational events without fear of it being just a sales pitch. Therefore we want your presentation to be rich in education.
- You can of course mention our products and services, as long as it is presented in a professional and matter-of-fact way.
- If it is appropriate for us to do so, we will inform the attendees of what we like about your offering and that will be the best way for them to assess.
Giveaways and offers
- We do not like the “free draw” method for these events because they take extra time and attendees generally find it boring.
- If you want to give the attendees something as an appreciation or incentive, such as:
- Discounted or free : A coupon, code, or QR code for either services or merch.
Q: Do you pay us to speak, or do we pay you to speak?
A: Neither. These events are intended to be quality education for our clients and contacts, implemented with no bias. Think of them as a way to showcase a quality product, a quality service, or your skills.
Q: How long are these events?
A: We do not set a fixed timer, but we aim for 1 hour. If there is momentum in the Q&A portion of the video call we will keep it going.
Q: Will I be in the hotseat for the entire time?
A: Absolutely not! This will be very easy for you. The only time where you will be solo in the spotlight is when you give your presentation on the topic, which would normally be 5-15 minutes depending on your preference. Prior to when you start our team leader will get things going so everyone is relaxed and in the flow of the call before they hand it over to you, so you will not need to worry about a cold start. Additionally, our team leaders are very good at stepping in and helping if for any reason you seem to flounder a bit. After your presentation we open it up for group discussion and questions, and that will flow very naturally, especially with our team leader moderating and stepping in with questions to keep it going if needed.
